What is a Kettlebell?
 Russian Kettlebells are the ultimate tool for overall fitness. A long time training method of soviet athletes, these remarkable weights are used for endurance, strength and overall conditioning. The kettlebells are compact and offer the ability to train for strength and endurance with only one piece of equipement.

Get in shape from head to toe with Kettlebell training. Kettlebell training involves compound exercises that work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, and consequently develop strength and muscular endurance throughout the entire body. Unlike traditional bodybuilding exercises that seek to isolate and sculpt a muscle, Kettlebell training requires coordinating several muscle groups simultaneously and seeks to integrate your breathing, movement and alignment along with your ability to control and balance the weight. This multidimensional approach develops a healthy body that is strong, agile and has tremendous endurance.
