This program is designed to allow you and someone else to share a camp and the cost. Sign up for 5 days a week and if you attend 3 times the first week and the other person attends 2 times the same week then you can switch the days you attend the following week. This share camp allows you and another person to attend 20-1 hour sessions of the same camp, but may not attend camp on the same days.

This program is for someone that might have scheduling conflicts with the 5-day/week boot camp or has not trained in a very long time and wants to ease into a fitness program. You will get GREAT results with the 5-day/week program. You will get GOOD results with the 3-day/week program.
